ANIMATION FILMAKER | CG ARTIST

Shear Mark (2015)

Came in 2nd for IFVA awards. Unique use of 3D to simulate a 2D look, but most importantly, the story is a strong one resonating an intimate relationship of two kids on the fringe of society. I like the use of Cantonese in the film to preserve cultural aspects of how the characters communicate as well as very simple yet effective shots that pays off, like the kite.
